Developing the Tourism Workforce of the Future through Labour and Skills Development, Certification, and Mobility in the APEC Region

EarthCheck have been contracted by APEC to engage with stakeholders in the APEC region, to understand their experience of workforce challenges and to hear about best practice within the tourism industry of methods to improve recruitment, career pathways, retention, skills development, labour mobility and workforce planning, particularly for young people, women and SMEs.

We invite your colleagues, partners and contacts to participate in the APEC Tourism Workforce Survey, developed by Griffith University and EarthCheck. The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and their contribution is voluntary and confidential. The data will be stored at Griffith University in a secure location for 5 years before being destroyed. The information collected is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except to meet government, legal or other regulatory authority requirements.
